Priyanka Das is dedicated & promising young Odissi Dancer of today’s generation, who holds a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy & Sanskrit from Delhi University alongside with the “VISHARAD DEGREE” in Odissi Dance from Gandharva Mahavidyalaya.

Priyanka has been trained in Odissi for the past more than 20 years now. Starting her dance journey from a very tender age of Three. She was fortunate to get trained in (Gotipua & Sambalpuri Folk Dance) under the able tutelage of the Late Guru Sh. Prabash Kumar Mohanty, later she began her Initial learning under Guru Vidhushi Kavita Dwibedi, now continuing her training under Guru Vidhushi Lipsa Satapathy.

Priyanka is a recipient of the “Junior Scholarship Holder ” from the (CCRT) Ministry of Culture & Additionally, she is recognized as a Doordarshan Graded Artist by Prasarbharti, She has also performed in G20 Submit 2023″ in (Udaipur, Agra, Lucknow, Delhi, Uttrakhand & Varanasi) and Internationally represented Odissi in Russia places like ( UFA ,Sochi, Moscow) under ICCR, Ministry of Culture.

As a part Nritya Kriti, Priyanka is also assisting Guru Lipsa Satapathy as a faculty member in imparting learning and training of budding dancers in their journey of Odissi dance.
